About this ebook
Independence didn't come easy for twenty-two year old Henry Weinstein. But now a job at Metropolitan Hospital in Detroit, allows him the freedom to come and go as he pleases. The night shift orderly entertains himself while he goes about his chores through the surgical ward and down to the morgue. He loves music and his favorite singer, Sweet Lady Jesus, sings to him all night long. Did you know he's also a collector...well let's not talk about those latest little treasures. Slow he may be, but what can be wrong with a guy who does his job well and never complains. Oh Henry, dear Henry, your supervisor, Carlotte would sure like to know.
Wil A. Emerson
Wil lives in West Michigan but has called many exciting cities her home. Dallas and Medford, New Jersey were particular favorites. A few years were spent in Europe, ein vunderbar ziet! Besides the writing life, her favorite past times are travel/beaches/tennis and golf. Throw in a good cook book and you'll get a gourmet meal. In less leisure days, as a registered nurse with a B.S., Wil served as a renal specialist and transplant coordinator for a major university medical setting. Between assignments, journeys out of the country and family duties, she wrote her first novel which included an enduring patient who left a strong impression. Her characters are still drawn from those important and interesting days in the medical/nursing setting. Mysteries and women's fiction with complex characters are her specialities...a new story is always in the making. Short or long...plot, pace and tension make for an interesting read.
