Leviticus 19:19

About this ebook
This work was reviewed by Jonathan Ball Publishers for hardcopy release, but was unsuccessful due to prevailing economic conditions. Their reader commented as follows:
'What a delicious mixture of politics, germ warfare, intrigue and excitement! Gripping and action packed this book would make an excellent movie. It has a horrific and unfortunately real beginning which immediately grabs the reader's attention and the pace never flags. The interwoven themes, which require constant attention, reflect the stories of Robert Ludlum, dare I say even Frederick Forsythe'.
Roger Clucas
Roger Clucas has written two novels and has two under construction. He spent most of his career as a Financial Manager in a large multinational where his duties included computerised internal auditing, tax and financial planning, cash planning, strategic planning and the preparation of annual financial statements. He holds several professional qualifications and designations, and received several awards. His career took a turn when he was asked to take on people development responsibilities for financial staff in addition to his other responsibilities and found that he enjoyed these more than bean counting. He formed his own company doing people development consulting in the 1990's and a second company in 2004 specialising in legal consulting around education and training. From his earliest days, he developed a reputation for writing, especially for expressing complex subjects simply and succinctly. He published a monthly newsletter for many years on legal issues in education which was in high demand and came top in the subject of English when sitting international examinations early in his career. He was active in politics for many years in opposition to Apartheid and this caused him considerable harassment from the authorities and the education establishment. He met and corresponded with people like the late Senator Robert F. Kennedy and was a life fan of President John F. Kennedy. Roger is a typical Gemini in many ways. His hobbies include writing, a wide range of music (he has composed some songs), spearfishing, history, philosophy, the occult and paranormal, and unlocking the latent talents in people. Recently, he has tried his hand at fly fishing for trout in the mountain streams near where he lives. He loves nature and the outdoors, canoeing and hiking. His friends see him as a very loyal and caring person, and a great listener. His favourite movies are Invictus which shows Mandela in all his grace and majesty, and Alexander which has inspired him when in his lowest lows. He is an avid fan of Elton John and tries never to miss his concerts.
