Three bodies in two states and one failed attempt share some things in common, on each pectoral muscle they have been branded, the left with an unbalanced set of scales, the right with the All Seeing Eye, and carved into the flesh between the brands is what looks like some type of ancient writing. As the bodies pile up Boston FBI seems to be just one step behind. That tardiness has just caused an innocent woman her life.
