When I chose my college major, I did not realize that the better part of my adult life would be spent as a student of human behavior. I hold a BS in Social Psychology which marries the theories of sociology (the study of the group) and psychology (the study of the individual) resulting in the study of how we as individuals behave in a group setting, i.e. society, family, business, etc. This particular background and natural inclination to observe has it made it rather easy and enjoyable for me to perform cause and effect analyses on both my own situations and that of those around me...from which the majority of anecdotes in this book were written. I also hold an MS in Economics, and am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). My background and rite of passage for writing this book includes seven years practicing in the private sector, gaining the most exposure as the manager of a team of diverse professionals and equal to my once-superiors. In 2005, I entered the public sector and the field of Executive Education as an Associate Director at a state University, which allows me to maximize the synergies between my passion for education and my vast experience in the corporate sector. Additionally, I am the co-author of the historical narrative of my expansive family, A Life Worth Remembering: a Chronicle of the Sabga Family and One of Its Most Distinguished Members (Trinidad and Tobago Press, 2000). I am currently working on my third nonfiction narrative and dispensing related professional advice when asked. AskN@NterprisesOnline.com www.NterprisesOnline.com
