About this ebook
An accidental discovery. A series of unsolved murders in a small town. And an experiment out of control that changes everything. Dr. Carol Goodard is a rising young superstar of genetic research on the verge of discovering a drug to alter the genetic code to prevent birth defects when she stumbles upon a gender altering serum which turns a docile female lab monkey named Gaby into an unexpected killer. Following an accident in which the monkey injects the doctor with her revolutionary serum, Carol becomes a human Guinea pig in an alternating game of female/male Russian roulette. Despite the risks to her own health, Carol's flirtation with experimental transformations into the opposite sex proves too addictive. It also makes her a prime suspect in several unsolved murders in her small town, because as soon as Carol steps into the shoes of Carl, women begin to die. When an admiring colleague and love interest at Genetysis labs discovers her secret, and her best friend Andrea begins to suspect the worst, Carol Goodard has to find an answer to the disturbing question: Is my mentally and anatomically transformed alter ego capable of murder?
