This book came out of my love for the North Shore of Minnesota and Lake Superior. I have crawled around the rocks, hiking trails and waterways of northern Minnesota for over 30 years and have put together my images of 61 locations that are worth visiting. My main purpose in this book is to give you directions to these special locations along the 150-mile corridor of Highway 61 North Shore Scenic Drive from Duluth, Minnesota to the Canadian border. In some cases, I included tips on what you can expect once you get there.
Some of the spots you may already be familiar with but hopefully you will find new locations to see and explore.
