What are the investment concepts?
Nowadays, most people use of investment
is to describe putting something in order to get the same worth back with some benefit added to it later. For example, people can invest time, effort, money or other resources into some projects and want a return.
Most investing beginners see investing as the act of putting in money in a system for a return on investment. Some see investing as a process of putting your money to work while others see investing as the process of buying and selling stocks, real estate or other investment products.
It could be important to look at everything you put into a project if you wouldn’t just look at money. When you calculate your return and only look at money, you may not see that the project is costing you more than your money.
Usually, there are different concepts of investment in finance and economics:
