Tempting a Prince is one of the 1Night Stand series. I haven't read many of them (there are over 100, I think) but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Sarah and Evan are both characters that are "real" and their situation is one that is easy to understand and empathize with. The story flowed well and, while short, was very detailed and well written.
