Initially pursuing the path of scientific investigation, Helen followed her first degree in Neuroscience with a Doctorate in Neuropharmacology. After her father's death in 2004, Helen temporarily took the role of Principal at The Kogan Academy of Dramatic Arts and remained Chair of the board for a subsequent decade, during which time she compiled and edited The Science of Acting (Routeledge, 2009). Ever since, Helen has been travelling the world. Having (at the time of writing) visited close to ninety countries, she explores how different traditions, cultures and schools answer the perennial questions of life and humanity's role within it. Simultaneously, this has provided her with the experiential opportunity to probe far-reaching facets and potentials of human experience. This auto-ethnographic approach has, and continues to take Helen's research pursuits to new levels. She has a particular interest in the role and potential of medicinal plants in the evolution of consciousness.Helen offers one-to-one consultations incorporating energetic techniques of transformation. She also facilitates international tours, guiding and supporting individuals and groups during their journeys of self-exploration and evolution.
