He has worked at the National Labor Relations Board and was an editor at the Employee Rights and Employment ...view moreMoshe Z. Marvit practices both labor and employment discrimination law. He has worked at the National Labor Relations Board and was an editor at the Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal. He is the author of several recent law review articles in these areas in the William & Mary Policy Review, the Transportation Law Journal, the Ohio Northern University Law Review, and the Southern University Law Review. Additionally, he has published fiction in a number of journals, and has a book-length collection of short stories, entitled Urbesque, with The Green Lantern Press. He received a BA in philosophy at Penn State, an MA in political science from the University of Chicago, a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and is currently pursuing a PhD in labor history at Carnegie Mellon University.view less
