He has taught at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore, the Indian School of Public Policy in New Delhi and the Kautilya School of Public Policy in Hyderabad. He was the director of geo-economics and strategy at the International Institute of Strategic Studies, London. His most recent book is India's Power Elite: Class, Caste and a Cultural Revolution (2021). He has also co-edited a collection of essays published by HarperCollins India, A New Cold War: Henry Kissinger and the Rise of China (2021).view less
