Dr. Hermance, a Board Certified Allergist, grew up in White Plains, NY. He graduated from college and medical school at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY and did his post graduate training in New York City at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital. He worked for two years in the US Public Health Service as Chief of Medicine at the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, MO. He spent over 40 years in practice in White Plains, Manhattan and Dover, DE. After retiring to Plant City, FL, he now lives with his wife in Camden, DE, and has four grown children.view less
