She holds two Master’s Degrees from Stanford University in French and Psychological Anthropology. She has served as President of Tazzla Institute for Cultural Diversity which she founded in 1993 ; as the Executive Producer of Amazigh Video Productions, she has created numerous television programs on Amazigh culture and American Indian issues. In 2008, she created the annual Los Angeles Amazigh film Festival.
She is the author of The Shining Ones (2001), and Tuareg Jewelry (2006).view less
