She has now moved on to her academic career with the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya where she teaches HRM. Her research is interdisciplinary and addresses issues on generational cohort, employee engagement, and HRM.
Ong Lin Dar is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya. She holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Business Administration from University of Malaya and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
