His parents immigrated to New Zealand after the war. He has fond memories of growing up in New Zealand, especially his adolescent years in Auckland. It is from these youthful memories that he draws the inspiration for his first novel. Brian has travelled and lived in various parts of the world, but now resides in Southport Queensland, Australia.view less
