A native of Baltimore, JF Sebastian spent most of his adult life coaching track & field at the collegiate, high school and club levels, having coached three national champions and one U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier.
He is hard at work on his next project while balancing home life and spending time with friends and family in activities like kayaking, hiking, crabbing, biking and running.view less
