He completed his master's degree in Transportation Engineering at the University of Seoul in 2013 with research projects including the Cambodia railway master plan, rail passenger transportation business, and line capacity estimations. In 2014, he started his PhD at the Institute of Railway and Transportation Engineering at the University of Stuttgart in Stuttgart, Germany. He was promoted to Dr.-Ing in 2019 at the University of Stuttgart.view less
