She is an excellent example for women, teens, and professionals who want to improve their families, faith, and finances.DeAnna founded Boss Sisters Connect where empowerment cultivates bosses. She is also the co-founder of Girls Win Inc., a non-profit organization that helps girls ages 12-18 years old in the foster care system. With over 20 years of experience as a social worker, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Educational Counseling, DeAnna is qualified and determined to change lives for the better. DeAnna is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Kappa Omega Omega Chapter.Passionate about giving back, DeAnna and Clint are actively involved in their church and community, particularly, in Bakersfield where DeAnna grew up. They are proud scholarship sponsors for Cal State University of Bakersfield and Harvest Connection Bakersfield.
