To recreate that event I, of course, watched the Oscar-winning 1970 documentary, read blogs of those who were there, and websites detailing the timelines of performances, this and more to get the feel of what it was like to be there: in short, to recreate for the reader of what it was like (as a time traveler) to be there. There is much, much more to the story, some wild journeys for sure.
I've been writing for years. One source of invaluable information has been "Writer's Digest," a magnificent compendium of knowledge. I've one other completed novel that I'm currently editing, another novel online, as well as a novelette, and two novellas, the latter of which I look forward to upload. The three novels began roughly about the same time, in 2007.
What do I do in my spare time? Besides my day job as a professional driver, I love swing dancing, bicycling, hiking, & jogging. Last summer I produced and wrote a time-travel film short (33 minutes in duration and highlights the first 7 chapters out of 23 from my first novel), one I'm currently submitting to film festivals. It and the aforementioned novel have been submitted to "Taleflick," (https://taleflick.com/) a site where major film producers can peruse for possible movie ideas. I've my fingers crossed. Meanwhile, I sincerely hope you enjoy the journey, "A Journey to Woodstock & Beyond." Peace & Love!view less
