Professional Sports Co-author
Marcel Bellefeuille is a history graduate from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, who has carved a career in professional coaching. His career as a football player went from High School to university and the European League where he was player-coach. Along the way, he developed the knowledge and desire to lead teams to success through the implementation of effective leadership. He has been successful in turning situations around and getting the best of his teams through the focused attention to issues that often become barriers to the desired end result.
In this book, he has teamed up with Raymond and Bruno to provide insight into ten aspects of leadership from the professional sports coach point of view. Leadership is leadership, but the challenges encountered in sports are magnified by the speed of execution and the constant need to produce a winner. In this domain, leadership requires a different focus and abilities to be successful. Marcel has tapped his many years of professional coaching to provide the reader with an insight that opens the eyes, and calls for flexibility and big picture thinking at all times.
