Besides being a Bible study teacher and the song leader of her church, she is a devoted wife and mother of five. Dolly lives in a small town in the Texas Panhandle.
The illustrations of Yeehaw and his friends were drawn by Dolly’s son, Ren Malone. He is an artist and cartoonist who, Dolly says, was drawing pictures before he could write his name. As an eleven-year-old, Ren was further inspired when his grandmother took him to meet and get a personalized, autographed cartoon by Bil Keane, the famed cartoonist behind Family Circus.view less
