She attended Florida State University, where she studied fine arts, before moving to Hoboken, New Jersey. During which time, she worked in New York City event planning and later, cake decorating. Recently, her grandfather passed away. She took this news with great sadness and had the idea to write this children's book as a tribute to her beloved, and greatly missed Papa. Through this book, she wants his memory to live on, bringing good memories to those who too have lost as well as create memories for new generations of grandchildren to share with their grandfathers.view less
