She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and special education and has been a stay-at-home mom since 2007. Her current works-in-progress include two novels: The Forever Society and A Season of Change. Her first published work, a short story entitled "A New Beginning" is found in Mosiac, a collaborative project with her fellow writers from Story Cartel.
