Most recently, Pat has worked with the States of New York and Arizona on their Health Benefit Exchange projects in the areas of data modeling, reporting, and data warehousing. She has worked as the quality assurance project manager for the State of New York’s Medicaid Data Warehouse, technical architect for the State of New Jersey’s Decision Support System, Data Architect for the New York State Office of Children and Family Services Datamart, and subject matter professional for the City of New York’s HHS-Connect Master Data Management implementation. Pat has also worked in the pharmaceutical, nuclear navy, and newspaper industries in a variety of data management positions. She also held the position of adjunct professor of Management Information Systems at Union Graduate College in Schenectady, NY.view less
