He has been editor of 2 books, 4 book chapters, 40 Journal and ca 200 conference articles, all in major rigoursly peer reviewed venues. He is a frequent invited and plenary speaker in major scientific meetings on control and robotics.
He has led dozens of major research projects in marine robotics funded by several EU programs, and other international programs (FCT, AdI) , among which the folllowing FREESUBNET, GREX, CO-3AUVs, FREESUB, VENUS, EXOCET/D, MAYASub, MAROV, SADOGEOROB, CARAVELA, ASIMOV, can be singled out.view less
