Currently, sh...view moreIsabel de la Torre Díez received her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunication engineering from the University of Valladolid, Spain, in 2003 and 2010, respectively. Currently, she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Signal Theory, Communications and Telematics Engineering at the University of Valladolid, Spain. Her teaching and research interests includes development of Telemedicine applications, e-health, m-health, EHRs (Electronic Health Records), EHR standards, biosensors, and e-services. She is leader of GTe Research Group and a member of the research group SI (Information Society), GIR (Recognized Research Group) of the Engineering and Technology Area of the University of Valladolid. She has participated in 32 funded European, national and regional research projects.view less
