She recognized that living her soul’s purpose is ‘key’ to a life of peace, abundance, joy, and fulfillment, while it is imperative, it is not always glamorous. Her intention is to bring together a community of peace builders, beginning by developing themselves, through a commitment to health, balance and inner peace. Each One Teaches One.
Author, peace promoter, ordinary citizen, no credentials whatsoever, Debra has lived through various challenges that many people encounter in their life story. Curiosity and resourcefulness are the hallmarks of her character. With a wicked sense of humor, occasional sarcasm, combined with a burning desire to live a life of purpose and service, she was inspired to write, from an average person’s perspective, on how people can learn to “get along” with each other, their own bodies, and our universes.
Searching for natural, wholesome solutions to recover her health, led her to a plethora of effective healing solutions that have greatly improved the quality of her life with continuing better personal health,. She has been an influence in her community for many years, teaching conscious language, aromatherapy, color therapy, angel communication, gem therapy, NLP, self-awareness and more. Based on years of research in the pursuit of answers to life’s most challenging dilemmas, she decided to share what she has learned along the way, with the intent that it may be a blessing to others.
Being the mother of twin Aries sons has taught her a great deal about peacemaking and diplomacy, not to mention maintaining a great sense of humor and optimism. Knowing that the “only way to reach peace is to teach peace”, combined with a desire to improve the world that her beloved grandchildren will inherit, led her to sharing some of her insights on life that may lead to a healthy body, mind and spirit.
She enjoys blogging on alternative health and wellness, often through sarcasm and wit, writing under her pen name, Dr. Beet Asparagus (her two favorite vegetables). Her mission is to encourage, inspire, and empower people to their greatness, through loving support and unconditional acceptance for what is, always intending a better and better life and infinite peace for our exquisite planet.view less
