Hossca and Rebecca have been married for 42 years; have two children, five grandchildren, and one great grandson.

Ann Raisch is a wife, mother, retired attorney, and life coach who is committed to living from the heart and assisting others in doing the same. Ann practices and teaches both life coaching and grief coaching, and currently serves on the international board of Coaching the Global Village. Ann has been interested in alternative healing for many years and is a certified Tai Yi practitioner. Ann has also been active in volunteer work assisting children. In 2010, Ann received the Peacejam Hero Award from Nobel Peace Laureate Oscar Arias of Costa Rica for her leadership in support of youth worldwide.
For many years, Jonah has been giving “recipes” to assist in healing various issues affecting the spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional bodies. Ann has compiled many of those recipes into this book with the authorization of Jonah and Hossca and Rebecca Harrison.view less
