Qualified in 1994, Malcolm has extensive experience of procurement, commercial and real estate transactions, environmental law and regulatory compliance. His work for Charles Russell LLP has also included regulatory and legislative drafting for a Commonwealth government. As well as advising clients on public and private sector procurement matters, including legal challenge to procurement procedures and decisions, Malcolm has designed and delivered practical training courses for local authorities in the UK and has also presented conference papers and training courses on procurement in a range of other jurisdictions - most recently, India. Through Law2020 Malcolm is accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide professional training. He has also delivered master class sessions for Asian Legal Business, accredited by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education. Malcolm is a frequent contributor to the legal and professional press, including the Estates Gazette and New Law Journal. He is the author of Climate Change and Sustainable Development (EG Books, 2008) and co-author (with Colleen Theron) of the UK Chapter in the UNEP-funded book Green Buildings and the Law (CIB, 2011)view less
