Since then, he...view moreDon Pomeday was a former television reporter, anchorman, and producer. He was forced to the sidelines of broadcasting journalism in l980 after being stricken with multiple sclerosis. Since then, he had worked out of his home, on the shore of Lake Michigan, as an independent writer and producer. He was the creator of the M*A*S*H* Trivia Game. Published by Western Publishing Company, it sold more than one million units. The Wisdom of Wally Bear, a collaboration with his friend and former neighbor Walter P. Froemming (Wally Bear) is one of his last works. Pomeday died December 9, 1998 at the age of 54 from heart complications due to his multiple sclerosis.
Walter P. Froemming works with the developmentally disabled. He, himself, struggles with manic-depressive illness. He works part-time. Froemming graduated from Concordia College in Wisconsin in l987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology, and has done volunteer ministry for The Wisconsin Lutheran Institutional Ministries. He has written more than two hundred poems and some short stories.view less
