Born in Madagascar, he holds a BSc in Engineering and Electro-mechanics (Université d'Antananarivo, Madagascar), an MTh (FLTE, Vaux-sur-Siene, France), and a PhD in Missiology (UNISA, Pretoria, South Africa).view less
