She also has two boys of her own, one of which suffered from separation anxiety between the ages of 3 - 5 years old. After reading many magazine articles, parenting books and visits to the psychologists and a lot of crying she decided to put all of her knowledge into a book to help other mothers with this same problem. This story allows children to relate to the anxiety the boy is feeling in the story and understand the meaining of a wristband that bonds parent and child for an anxiety free school day.view less
