Who in the modern world today still use or listen to shock collar and now to use it?

The concept of e-collars in today’s world is total rubbish. It is not necessary to instill pain and fear in your dog to achieve training goals. Positive training will strengthen the bond between human and canine, achieving the desired outcome without destroying the spirit of the animal. Please look elsewhere for training advice.
