About this audiobook
Unexplained events are happening at Oxford these days. Several students have been attacked at night by some strange form of wild animal. It can scale walls with cat-like agility. Its arms are as thin and as strong as steel bands. And there is one student who conducts midnight studies in his room with certain Egyptian artifacts. The most significant of which is a 6'7" tall mummy.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5An interesting and creepy supernatural short story even by today`s standards from the creator of Sherlock Holmes. Allegedly the first appearance of a vengeful undead mummy in literature.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5A fairly creepy mummy tale, though how creepy can it get at Oxford? Still, it's a cool departure from the Sherlock Holmes character, and shows Doyle had some range. And probably pretty scary, for 1892.
