My mother would always tell me you're not a leader. You're a follower. For many years, I believed her, and didn't think I had the ability, personality, or intelligence to be one. I thought leaders were born that way. This book changed my thinking. I now believe I have what it takes to be a leader! It's changed the way I parent, the way I show up at work, and my manager has noticed the change within me. I will re read this book at least 3 times because there are so many gems, and hahaha moments. If you're reading this review, read the book, you won't be disappointed.
