      First of all the... the narration is amazing... Imogen Church is a very talented vouce actor! Well done! Exceptional! The story is good... 4 to 4.5 stars

      Characters not very credible. I kept waiting for it to get better but it just got worse.

      This book was a slow read for me. I dreaded finishing it, but I was determined. The characters were not well developed, and I cared little for any of them. I believe the main character was meant to be tough and determined but seemed more bullheaded and stupid, moving from one traumatic event to the next. The plot is like àn overcooked stew -- yucky.

      Very interesting to see how the war even the Cold War can change people to do things they never thought was possible. Even though this is fiction, some of what’s happing now resembles what is in this book.

      A totally unbelievable story. People doing things that would never have been possible,, and a political stance which is jingoistic and almost religious. It had its moments of suspense, but I grew tired of the heroine, and her stupid behaviour.

      Wow....this was a book I couldn`t put down. Very very captivating, and well written. I hated to see the story end. Thank you for putting a story like this out here for us. I`m sure it`s fiction, but sure could be a true story too. also, thank y9ou for reading it soooo well. I listen all day when I work here and this sure makes my day enjoyable and times flies by.

      Got lost in a cple of places and had to go back you really have to concentrate on this book but besides that it was a great book. Well worth the read

      The narration is horrible! Every french word is so over-pronounced that I couldn't concentrate on the story...ridiculous. affected; and really...every
