About this audiobook
The Rose That Blooms in the Night is a collection of poems from spoken word poet, yoga instructor, podcaster, and Instagram influencer Allie Michelle. The collection is meant to be a mirror reflecting the love inside of those who read it. It tells the tale of transformational cycles we experience throughout our lives. Falling in and out of love. Feeling lost and rediscovering our purpose. Learning to create a home within our own skin instead of seeking it in other people and places.

What our readers think
Readers find this title surprising and unique, with some beautiful and healing words. However, the inclusion of long periods of silence in the audiobook was not appreciated. Overall, the book is recommended for those who appreciate the author's style and narration voice.

This book was surprising. I found some poems very unique and some were very similar to other authors I've read before. I'll be honest, I read the audiobook and I didn't appreciate the 10+ minutes of "meditation" and silence inside the book. Would I read a book by this author again? meh probably not, would I recommend it to a friend? Maybe depends who.1 person found this helpful
