eBook, recommended as cessationist but does not really deal with the gifts of the Spirit at all. Very sound and reformed on Trinity, and deals thoroughly with the idea of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. Then has good chapters on the fruits of the Spirit and the meaning of paraclete. Maintains that the second gift of the Spirit happened in Acts only to the four groups the first Christians were sent to, Jews, Samaritans, god-fearers and pagans.
