Richard Rohr is a globally recognized Franciscan friar and ecumenical teacher whose work bears witness to the deep wisdom of Christian mysticism. He is the founder of the Centre for Action and Contemplation in Albuquerque, New Mexico, an educational non-profit that introduces seekers to the contemplative Christian path of transformation. He is the author of many books, most recently, the New York Times bestseller THE UNIVERSAL CHRIST. I have attempted to follow Jesus my entire life, but have never had a better synthesis of true prayer communicated so well. I have been instructed to “speak” to God for 40yrs. Now I am learning to listen to God. This is the real gift.6 people found this helpful
