About this audiobook
Fossils give us a window to the past. Water, sediments, and pressure work together over time to preserve the shape of things that lived long ago. Studying these ancient plants and animals tells us more about our own existence. Have you ever searched for fossils? Unearth some in this book.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is PERFECT BOOK for the young paleontologist. Pictures and text go so well together to explain the different fossils (animal trails, plant and animals). As a librarian, I appreciate the well written titles, making it easy for kids to find the information they want. The chapter “Do Bones Really Turn into Stone” does an excellent job explaining the process of fossilization.
