About this audiobook

Vanessa Shingle has a knack for choosing boyfriends who need fixing—the juvenile delinquent, the school cheat, the slacker….Then she meets Jean-Paul McClellan—the perfect project!

Vanessa is determined to find out Jean-Paul's story. Why would such a smart hunk waste his life as a janitor? She drags her best friend Stork on a nighttime mission to learn more. What she sees makes her blood run cold.

Suddenly, Vanessa's little New Mexico town is overrun by vampires—obnoxious ones at that. And Vanessa seems to be their target. Is Jean-Paul one of them? If so, why is he being so nice to her? When he talks about prophecies and legacies and Romania, what's he really up to?

Vanessa finds herself with a real situation to fix—and she stakes her life on being able to rise to the challenge.

‘Waste his life as a janitor’- what a terrible plot line. I hope the author realizes that a person’s life value is more than the summation of their career. Like if I said why would Dan waste his life as an author of subpar young adult vampire ‘romanzzze’ that’ll eventually rot on the virtual shelves and to be read ‘tabs’ of the unlucky few.

Vampires but more Buffy than Twilight.

MUCH better than the second one, and I devoured this. This is a graphic novel that is gorgeously illustrated (and I mean drop dead gorgeous) and knows how to make fun of itself. Try it!

This was a pretty good read. I like the twist on Jean-Paul. I could see this book going farther. I would love more about her family when they remember everything.

Senior High school girl that loves to fix her boyfriends meets a gorgeous man that she decides is her next project. He shows some unbelievable strength in a funny scene with an elevator. Then she finds there is a much darker side to her new project. He’s a vampire and he’s not the only one. Arguh, there is a clown vampire, a clown !
This story is funny, sexy and a joy to read. I had many LOL moments. Great artwork, very emotional.

Vanessa Shingle meets Jean-Paul and decides that he will be her new project boyfriend. (He's a janitor, what's a guy like that doing as a janitor.) Then the town becomes over run by vampires who seem to have her as their target. She's got to deal w/ her own problems while trying to figure out what is up with Jean-Paul.

This one was okay. I wanted to like it more but the lack of info on Jean-Paul frustrated me a little. I also found Maria a tiny bit obnoxious.

Seriously, how much fun are these books? I know I keep raving about about them but only give 3 stars but these are some seriously awesome 3 stars.

Young HS girl meets hot guy, has a run of deadly accidents and discovers she has a great future ahead of herself. Reminded me of 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'
