SAVE money and AVOID charges abroad

Travelling with the wrong debit or credit card can add hundreds to your holiday if you’re not careful. That’s because some banks slap on additional fees when you use them abroad, which can seriously dent your holiday budget.

DITCH COSTLY DEBIT CARDS

Most high street banks charge a fee when you use your card abroad. Nationwide Building Society, for example, will charge 2.99% per transaction abroad if you have its basic FlexAccount or FlexDirect debit card.
