Back in early March, the British Motor Museum at Gaydon hosted Car Dealer Live, an event organised by Car Dealer magazine where several presentations were given by industry leaders. I wasn’t there, but according to many who were, some of the ‘presentations’ gave slightly surprising insight into the current state of the used-car business.
