SOCA RIVER UPDATE AND CALL TO ACTION
As the kayak community has been dreading, the Intermunicipal Administration of the Soča Valley published the message below on its web page, https:/www.soca-plovba.si/, informing paddlers that Bovec is keeping the same price of river permits, while Kobarid and Tolmin are raising them multiple times by adopting separate regulations. This means that two permits will be reguired for the Srpenica-Trnovo section.
