Keep fruit fresh… FOR LONGER!
We’ve all heard of using acidulated water to stop cut apples from going brown, but have you tried using soda water? It works a treat plus, it won’t give your apples a lemony taste. Simply cut apples into wedges and place in a bowl, then cover with soda water. Stand for up to 2 hours, drain. Use in any sweet or savoury dishes that require apples or add to a cheese platter when entertaining friends.
