Tom Krein

Tom has been making knives for 29 years. He studied under and worked for knifemaking legends Bob Dozier and BLADE Magazine Cutlery Hall-Of-Fame® member A.G. Russell. Tom is best known for his grinding skills, Kydex® work, folders and small fixed blades. He designs knives for Boker and CRKT.

Charlie Ellis

A long-time blacksmith/bladesmith, Charlie crafts one-of-a-kind chef ’s knives in his North Carolina workshop. Function-first designs with integral bolsters, compound bevel geometry, sculpted handles, and unusual materials and blade finishes are noteworthy elements of many of Charlie’s kitchen tools.

Neels van den Berg
