UPDATE ON THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE’S CONSULTATION: RETENTION OF PROBATE RECORDS

On 1 March 2024 the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) responded to the #SaveOurWills petition, which currently has 15,349 signatures. The response contains sections cut-and-pasted from letters issued by the Minster and Secretary of State for Justice. More information has come to light in recent weeks which has changed my views on the matter.

The consultation & the law
