Cogta MEC ordered to pay costs in case over postponement of six by-elections

HIGH COURT RULING

KWAZULU-NATAL Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta) MEC Bongi Sithole-Moloi has been heavily criticised for postponing several by-elections until after the May 29 general elections. In addition, she has been ordered by the Pietermaritzburg High Court to pay the legal costs.
