RARE REPLAY
While many compilations tend to focus on a certain era of a developer’s career, Rare Replay is far more ambitious. It collects games from Rare’s first three decades, beginning with the ZX Spectrum hits Jetpac and Knight Lore and concluding with Xbox 360 games like Viva Piñata and Perfect Dark Zero. It’s also packed with excellent behind-the-scenes access (although it does require unlocking).
