NEWS EXTRA… TINY TIM CHANGES HANDS

On Wednesday 27 March, 1896 Aveling & Porter R6 No.3781 6 ton road roller AX5685 Tiny Tim moved from Sheffield, South Yorkshire to its new home in east Kent, following protracted negotiations. The four-shaft engine, which features an inside flywheel, has been much admired over the years and has excellent boiler work.

It was new to Lord Llangattock, Hendre, north Monmouthshire
